“The Tui” is an original mixed media painting by Monica Schinkel.
The first painting in the alcohol ink native bird series is still one of my favourites - It was a turning point in my art toward the style that I create now, with its magical alcohol ink background and acrylic painted details.
Medium: This is completed in Monica’s popular choice of media - in vibrant alcohol based inks, with acrylic detail on yupo paper.
Size: A3 (29.7 cm x 42 cm)
Framing:
Framing stock can be variable. If your frame is not available, you will be refunded the price of the frame, and artwork shipped unframed. Frames may vary from those shown in the images.
