“Hide & Seek” is an original mixed media painting by Monica Schinkel of a korimako/bellbird, inspired by a photograph taken by a family member.
You’re in this moment: You’re in the bush going for a walk and you hear a beautiful birdsong, so you look around to find the source of the noise. At first, you don’t see it, but then it moves. It was hiding in plain sight. The bird sings you another little tune before it flies off. Its gone now, but it made you smile.
Medium: This is completed in Monica’s popular choice of media - in vibrant alcohol based inks, with acrylic detail on yupo paper.
Size: A3 (29.7 mm x 42 mm)
Framing:
Framing stock can be variable. If your frame is not available, you will be refunded the price of the frame, and artwork shipped unframed. Frames may vary from those shown in the images.
