Caught a Rainbow
The long oblong is the perfect shape for a fish on a hook! This is a rainbow trout - a popular target for fresh water fishing in NZ, be it in the back country rivers or Lake Taupo. I’ve caught one about this size myself… okay, I’m kidding - it was a wee bit bigger than that!
